Plattsburgh, NY – Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY-21) met with representatives of the New York Farm Bureau in her Plattsburgh office to discuss agriculture issues in the region.

“Agriculture is the backbone of our North Country economy, and today’s meeting was an opportunity to get an update from our farmers,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “We discussed many issues facing our farms, including labor shortages, tax reform and priorities for our region before Congress begins debating the next Farm Bill. Thank you to the New York Farm Bureau and everyone for their time today.”
