Washington, D.C. – Today, the Army announced that Major General Brian J. Mennes will be the next Senior Commander of Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division. MG Mennes is currently the Director, Force Management, in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans & Training, stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. He will take command of Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division this spring, although no date has been set.
