Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Elise Stefanik today announced a $199,300 award for the Fort Ticonderoga Association from the National Endowment for the Humanities. This grant will help increase access to Ticonderoga’s hidden collection to create public programs and exhibitions that will explore the Revolutionary War in New York.
“The history of Fort Ticonderoga is of significant importance to the North Country and our nation,” Stefanik said. “I am proud to announce these taxpayer dollars will be returned to our district to further tell the story of Fort Ticonderoga’s integral role in the landscape of American history.”
