Lake George, New York – Congresswoman Elise Stefanik today attended the opening of the Lake George Wastewater Treatment Plant, which she was integral to making happen by delivering $500,000 through Northern Border Regional Commission funds to support this critical project.

“I am honored to join the Lake George community today as this project, which has been years in the works, becomes a reality,” Stefanik said. “Now, this community has access to a much-need and modernized wastewater treatment facility. I am proud to secure critical funding important for this project and deliver this result for the community.”

Stefanik worked to include all of New York’s 21st District as part of the NBRC, so its communities have access to critical economic development grants like this.
