Washington, D.C.–Today, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY-21) took to the House floor to speak in support of H.R. 3036 – the 9/11 Memorial Act – bipartisan legislation to designate the September 11 Memorial located at the World Trade Center in New York City, New York, as a national memorial.
