Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Elise Stefanik today announced that Reese Dow, an 11th grader at Massena Central High School, is the winner of this year’s Congressional Art Competition for New York’s 21st District.
Reese’s piece, entitled “Altered,” will be displayed in the United States Capitol alongside the winners from each Congressional district for one year.

“I was proud to congratulate Massena Central High School student Reese Dow for winning this year’s Congressional Art Competition,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “The North Country is home to many talented young artists, and Reese’s piece demonstrates incredible skill and mastery of her craft. Now, her artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol and share the creativity of our district with our nation and highlight Reese’s accomplishments!”
