Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Elise Stefanik today announced that Reese Dow, an 11th grader at Massena Central High School, is the winner of this year’s Congressional Art Competition for New York’s 21st District.

 

Reese’s piece, entitled “Altered,” will be displayed in the United States Capitol alongside the winners from each Congressional district for one year.

Now, her artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol and share the creativity of our district with our nation and highlight Reese’s accomplishments!”
