Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Elise Stefanik today spoke on the House floor in support of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2021. She highlighted key themes and provisions that are important to United States interests and the interests of Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division.

“As the Representative and number one advocate for Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division, force protection and safety of our brave servicemembers remains my first priority,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “This bill supports our force protection and military intelligence capabilities to ensure our servicemembers have the tools they need to mitigate hostile actions while they continue their important missions abroad. I am proud to work in a bipartisan fashion to secure significant NDAA wins for the North Country and for our nation’s defense as a whole, and I look forward to working with my colleagues on the passage of the FY21 NDAA through the House.”
