“The Biden-Harris Justice Department waited nearly 3 years to bring an unprecedented, politicized criminal indictment against the former President of the United States, their bosses’ political opponent who they knew would likely run again for the presidency.
After the Biden DOJ and DC Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan got rebuked by the Supreme Court in June for rushing this case and ignoring presidential immunity, they are once again rushing this case and ignoring the letter and spirit of the Supreme Court's ruling.
This is obvious, desperate, and highly inappropriate election interference by the Biden-Harris DOJ and Judge Chutkan. I remain committed to investigating and ensuring appropriate accountability.”
