Washington, D.C. – Today, the Army announced that Major General Brian J. Mennes will be the next Senior Commander of Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division. MG Mennes is currently the Director, Force Management, in the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans & Training, stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit the sale of any food that uses the market name of a dairy product but does not come from an animal, and does not contain milk as a primary ingredient.
